He is one of the top videographers of strange things in the skies above Phoenix, and his videos have been used by major media and documentaries. Woolwine addresses the claims by local meda that the April 21st lights in the skies above Phoenix were hoaxed by a local man who tied traffic flares to helium filled balloons and sent them skyward. According to Woolwine, there is no way that could have worked, and he explains why.
