Jef Harvey – Jeff Harvey and Walter Bosley, both accomplished remote viewers, targeted the object on the floor of the Baltic Sea. Jef explains to us the structure of their remote viewing and the precautions taken to make sure the information was accurate. He then provided us the results of his remote viewing, and the results of Walter’s remote viewing of this strange object on the floor of the Baltic.
