Kevin deals with NASA’s strange wording and behavior at a press conference on May 14, 2008. The photo released by NASA of the “object” they said they had been searching for over 50 years, Kevin says does not seem to fit the bill. As he and Dick Criswell are just getting into the core of the matter, all the power in the area of the studio was cut and the show went silent. After about 30 minutes, the power came back on and Kevin resumed broadcasting the discussion. Coincidence?

Kevin discusses the seemingly conflicting reports coming from the NASA Phoenix Lander program in which they have claimed the soil on Mars could “grow asparagus”, and then have said it is contaminated with perchlorate (and may not be able to sustain life). He explains why this is not an automatic disqualifier for life. He also discusses the obvious evidence for massive amounts of liquid water on Mars. Specifically, he discusses the massive cyclone (water cyclone) on Mars that was photographed by the Hubble Space Telescope. He quotes NASA’s web site on what it takes for a cyclone to start.

He is the 6th man to walk on the moon and was intricately involved in last minute re-programming of the onboard computer in order to prevent a computer malfunction from aborting the moon landing.
